Update on Basic Training Logbook Requirements (8 April 2026)

To all Basic Trainees, 

From January 2026 onwards, 

All basic trainees undergoing community-based training are required to use the eTraining platform to submit the community-based training rotation records from January 2026 and (≥) 4 months. 

For any past community-based training before January 2026 or ended in March 2026, please upload the scanned copy of generic forms to eTraining Platform instead of sending email to BVTS@hkcfp.org.hk.

For any hospital-based training, please upload the scanned copy of generic forms to eTraining Platform instead of sending email to BVTS@hkcfp.org.hk.
