Clinical history:

This middle age lady presented with asymptomatic papules on her forehead for a few years. The lesion slowly increased in size. Physical examination revealed that there were a few other similar lesions on her cheek. 



A. Sebaceous hyperplasia
B. Basal cell carcinoma
C. Plane warts
D. Giant comedone
