Clinical history:

A 74-year-old woman complained of persistent itchy rash over left nipple and peri-areolar area for about 6 months. She was told to have ‘eczema’. However, she noted that the lesions progressively increased in size with discoloration and occasional oozing, despite topical corticosteroid cream applied. She did not have other skin problem.


What is the most likely clinical diagnosis?

A. Eczema
B. Paget’s disease of nipple
C. Superficial Basal cell carcinoma
D. Malignant Melanoma
