Late applications WILL NOT be entertained.Higher Training SubcommitteeReminder: Submission of Application for Certification of Completion of Basic TrainingTo those who will complete basic training,You are advised to submit the %u2018Application Form for the Certification of Completion of Basic Training in Family Medicine%u2019 and the original copy of your training logbook to BVTS for certification of completion of training within 3 months upon the completion date.
