Exit Examination of Vocational Training in Family Medicine

The Hong Kong Academy of Medicine requires that all specialist training programmes including that of family medicine to be of at least six years in duration with an intermediate examination and an exit examination.

A registered practitioner must have completed six years of vocational training in family medicine of the Hong Kong College of Family Physicians and passed both the intermediate examination and the exit examination before he/she is eligible for election to Fellowship of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Family Medicine).

The Conjoint HKCFP/RACGP Fellowship Examination is the intermediate examination and the Exit Examination of Vocational Training is the exit examination of the vocational training programme in family medicine of the Hong Kong College of Family Physicians.
