HKCFP Members / Primary Care Directory (PCD) Enrollees: $500
(Course fee of $500 will be refunded upon obtaining the “Certificate of Attendance”)

Non-HKCFP Members: HK$500 (Course fee is non-refundable nor transferable.)
Cheque should be made payable to “HKCFP Education Ltd”

A “Certificate of Attendance” would be awarded to those attended 80% or more of all sessions.
